BlaQcat Ultra Hookah Lounge is seeking full time/part time hookah specialist with open availability, with potential to become a major role in our team. Our hookah lounge provides the perfect environment for every smoker’s ideal experience. Our Lounge provides a comfortable setting for anyone to enjoy.
Due to this nature of business, applicants must be at least 21 or over.
Each team member is responsible for working together to provide top quality service to exceed expectations of what is already the best to even better. All employees report directly to the manager and are in charge of providing quality service to all customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. All servers should maintain a positive, energetic, motivated, and service-oriented attitude.
- Greet customers
- Efficiently take food, beverage, and hookah orders
- Provide top quality professional customer service
- Recall any specials and/or upcoming events
- Processing payments via POS
- Cleaning and maintenance of the entire lounge based on manager instruction
- Packing bowls for hookahs
- Servers are responsible to conduct any other job duties as directed by the manager
Requirements:
- Must be of legal working age for this environment (21+)
- Reliable
- Responsible
- Team oriented
- POS experience required
- Background knowledge of hookah preferred
