BlaQcat Ultra Hookah Lounge is seeking full-time/part-time Lounge Manager with open availability, with potential to become a key holder. Our hookah lounge provides the perfect environment for every smoker’s ideal experience. From musical entertainment to video gaming fun to fantastic service, the Lounge provides a comfortable setting for anyone to enjoy.

Due to this nature of business, applicants must be at least 21 or over.

Each team member is responsible for working together to provide top quality service to exceed expectations of what is already the best to even better. All employees report directly to the manager and are in charge of providing quality service to all customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction. All servers should maintain a positive, energetic, motivated, and service-oriented attitude.

As a Lounge Manager you will be responsible for:

• The Manager is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls.
• Is responsible for managing, scheduling. training staff and monitoring staff performance.
• Accountable for maintaining the lounge in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through application of outlet and BlaQcat Ultra Hookah Lounge service standards.
• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• The ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus.
• Requires prior experience in Hookah & Beverage cost control.
