1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not interfere with the security or integrity of the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, or use the Services in a way that could harm Blaqcat or any third party.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Payments
By placing orders through the App, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed through Toast or other authorized payment providers. Blaqcat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

5. Rewards and Gift Cards
The App may offer rewards programs and gift card features. Misuse of these features, including fraudulent activity or violations of program rules, may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

6. Location Services
If enabled, the App may access your location to offer certain features such as showing nearby restaurants or real-time map functionality. You can disable location services in your device settings; however, doing so may limit the availability of certain features.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through the Services are the property of Blaqcat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Blaqcat.

8. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites or integrations with services such as Toast. Blaqcat is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of these third-party services.

9. Termination
Blaqcat may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. Blaqcat does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaqcat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
